A light, vegetable-led menu for Thanksgiving week! These items are intended to both contrast the big feast to create some variety in the leftovers in your fridge, but also work well if you’re planning a small gathering and want to use the sides along with a turkey. Also, I highly recommend snagging a bottle of sherry for this meal - and it’ll be fun to sip on Thursday, too.
